AI inside’s AI-OCR “DX Suite” Connected to “SAP®︎SuccessFactors®︎”

Tokyo, June 25, 2021 — AI inside Inc, a provider of an AI platform, announced that our AI-OCR “DX Suite” and SAP Japan Co., Ltd.’s cloud-based human resources management solution “SAP® SuccessFactors®” is now linked by API key through a connector. “DX Suite” is the first AI-OCR service in Japan to collaborate with “SAP SuccessFactors.” With this connector, it now automates the entire process of reading texts, digitizing paper documents, and registering them to “SAP SuccessFactors.” This will improve the efficiency of human resource operations.

As digital transformation (DX) continues to progress actively in recent years, AI inside continues to work with SAP Japan to facilitate DX in human resources and talent management.

Background of API Linkage of “DX Suite” and “SAP SuccessFactors”

Many users of “SAP SuccessFactors” are working to promote digital transformation (DX) internally. One of the issues is to improve the efficiency of manual data entry. Especially for human resources, many handle documents such as applications to change workers’ addresses or applications for childcare leave in the paper forms, which requires manual data entry.

In this case, they needed to register data manually even though human resources manage workers’ data on SAP SuccessFactors. This API linkage improves operational efficiency by automating a series of flows from reading text from paper documents, digitizing, and registering the document to “SAP SuccessFactors.”
