SpiderPlus Implements AI inside’s “Learning Center” as the Foundation of AI Development and Operation for Internal App development

Tokyo, November 10, 2021 — AI inside Inc., a provider of an AI platform,  announces that SpiderPlus & Co. has selected our “Learning Center,” a low-cost way to create custom and highly accurate AI models without programming, as its foundation of internal AI development and operation.

SpiderPlus brings their Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service to full scale by developing and operating AI in-house. In addition to increasing productivity and improving customer success of the BPO service with speedier service, SpiderPlus plans to incorporate AI models developed in-house into their construction drawing and field management mobile application “SPIDERPLUS”. Reason for Implementing Learning Center

SpiderPlus offers an application “SPIDERPLUS” mainly for the construction industry to manage construction drawings and construction sites. They drive digitalization in the construction industry, which requires productivity improvement and paperless environments. 

To further improve functionality and expand their service offering, SpiderPlus was expecting to leverage AI developed internally. AI inside’s “Learning Center” makes AI development possible at a low cost and even for non-engineers. Moreover, there is no need to share the data or knowledge externally since development can be completed in-house. These features were evaluated highly by SpiderPlus, which led to implementing ”Learning Center” as their AI development and operation for the in-house development of AI.

The use case of Learning Center by SpiderPlus and prospects

With the utilization of “Learning Center,” SpiderPlus has successfully developed two AI models in just ten days. One non-engineer employee successfully prepared the necessary training data and created AI models using “Learning Center” quickly with simple operations on a lean screen. They will continue to improve the accuracy of the AI model developed, and use AI in their BPO service. As a result, the AI models will support productivity advancement at construction sites and are expected to reduce the workload. Further on, SpiderPlus will continue to promote the in-house development and operation of AI for implementing it in a mobile application “SPIDERPLUS,” and drive the digital transformation within the construction industry by expanding service and improving the value provided to customers.
