AI inside Ranks Fourth Place in “2021 Japan Technology Fast 50,” Recorded a Growth Rate of 932.5% and Awarded for the Third Consecutive Year

Tokyo, December 14, 2021 — AI inside Inc., announces that we ranked fourth place in the “Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited 2021 Japan Technology Fast 50” presented by Deloitte Tohmatsu Group. The ranking of growth rates is based on revenue (sales) in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications(TMT) industries in Japan, and AI inside recorded a growth rate of 932.5% for the past three fiscal years. This is also the third consecutive year since 2019 that we have received this award.

Factors for receiving the award

The following are some of the factors that contributed to our revenue (sales) growth rate of 932.5%.

• Expansion of nationwide sales promotion activities through product collaboration and increase in sales partners
• Increase in the number of users for “DX Suite” due to the acceleration of digitalization
• Increase in demand for AI-OCR from local governments for managing various application forms and vaccination processes due to the pandemic

During this pandemic, “DX Suite” has also been used to improve the efficiency of various benefit claims and the management process for medical history forms at local governments, which require a quick response.

We openly provide the technology platform we have accumulated through AI development and AI provision and promote collaboration and joint development with various social and industrial infrastructure products. Most recently, we have provided our character recognition AI technology to MFP (Multiple Functional Printer) vendors, and we are seeing more and more opportunities for other companies to adopt our technology for in-house AI development.
