Hideki began his career in the import automobile industry in marketing, sales strategy, and human resource development consulting. He also has experience in the financial industry, working in sales planning, new business planning, and agency management. Having been in charge of multiple organizations and branches, his background includes improving organizational strength and corporate value by strengthening CX business at a non-Japanese IT enterprise. Joined AI inside in February 2023, concurrently serving as Director of Customer Success and Demand Generation, and formulated the CXC concept.
In 2024, he served as Assistant to the CEO, was appointed Executive Officer,COO in April 2025, and then Executive Director, COO in June of the same year.
