Tokyo, October 5, 2021 — AI inside Inc, a provider of an AI platform, announces we have provided our technology for the function to digitize document data in the new cloud “ApeosPlus desola Technology by AI inside” (hereafter referred to as “ApeosPlus desola”) offered by FUJIFILM Business Innovation Corp.

With our character recognition AI, users can operate seamless and intelligent document management with integrated functions such as sorting forms, AI-OCR for extracting data, date replacement/editing, and data check settings. As the new cloud service that accelerates the digital transformation of data entry operations, ApeosPlus desola is available through FUJIFILM Business Innovation sales channels in Japan starting today.

FUJIFILM Business Innovation is a leading company in multi-functional products and document management systems for all types of companies in Japan and overseas. As a collaborative partner, we have been contributing to the digitization, utilization, and digital transformation of all types of corporate forms data. For example, we connected AI inside’s “DX Suite” with their multi-function printer(*1) in November 2020.

In addition, we provided AI technology for their ApeosPlus desola and worked together to realize intelligent document management that optimizes the entire business process.
