AI inside Absorbs aiforce solutions, Developer and Supplier of Numerical Data-based Predictive AI, to Expand its AI Platform

Tokyo, March 15, 2022–AI inside Inc., a provider of AI platforms, is pleased to announce today the merger by absorption of aiforce solutions Inc. (hereafter referred to as aiforce), which provides services that enable even employees with no prior AI experience to use AI in their business operations. Through this decision, aiforce will become a subsidiary of AI inside and then will merge with the company through an absorption-type merger.

AI inside will fuse aiforce’s products, such as numerical data-based predictive AI and training programs, and their digital transformation support consulting capabilities. This will enable AI inside to broaden the range of fields in which we provides value, through which it aims to further expand its business and increase its corporate value by supplying not only tools but also support for business transformation, such as successful DX for all types of companies and organizations and AI/DX personnel training.

The merger is expected to take effect on May 2, 2022.
