AI inside Launches “AI Growth Program,” a Practice-Based AI Personnel Development Program

Contributes to the Creation of AI Business and Problem Solving by Using Reskilling to Transition to In-House Development

Tokyo, June 29, 2022 – AI inside Inc., a provider of an AI platform with the mission of “to bring AI to every being in the world and contribute to a richer future society,” announces the launch of “AI Growth Program,” a practice-based AI personnel development program.

The AI Growth Program supports the development of the next generation of AI human resources capable of creating new business. The program, targeting all types of companies and organizations, will fundamentally enhance human resource base by cultivating “in-house AI utilization capabilities” through reskilling to convert in-house resources into AI human resources. Leveraging internal data and knowledge will also improve existing business values and achieve in-house AI development, which will create business transformation.

Background

In recent years, as the digital transformation accelerates and society is re-shaped by various changes, companies are being asked to “value their existence in society. “ In response to this, there is a need to add more value for business development and existing businesses, and “in-house development” attracts attention as a method to achieve business transformation.

AI and IT human resources are vital to achieving this business transformation. According to the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the demand for IT human resources will far exceed the supply by 2030. The personnel shortfall is predicted to be roughly 790,000 people(*), and securing AI human resources is becoming an urgent task for many companies and organizations. Therefore, a growing number of companies are promoting reskilling — redeveloping personnel skills for the digital age — as a new human resource strategy for advancing the capabilities of existing employees. These social backdrops led to the launch of the “AI Growth Program,” our practice-based AI human resources development program.

Overview of “AI Growth Program,” the practice-based AI human resource development program

“AI Growth Program” is based on the techniques and know-how developed by AI inside through its track record of service provision. Participants will learn about how to leverage AI and launch AI business from experienced AI instructors. The program aims to develop human resources who can utilize AI in the business area by targeting employees in charge of operations, DX promoters, and corporate planners in various departments of all companies and organizations.

In the program, divided into levels of 1 to 5, participants attend lectures with hands-on workshops, where they acquire the skills to identify and organize problems in the fields, formulate concrete measures for leveraging AI, and perform actual development and operation. In the Proof of Concept and AI in-house development projects performed in levels 4 and 5, we will accompany and support the launch of AI projects using “Learning Center Vision” and “Learning Center Forecast,” which enable anyone to develop and operate AI without coding skills.

Accompanying support is provided by a consultant who will promote the project for a certain period.
5	AI in-house development Project workshop and accompanied learning support	Participants formulate a concept to promote AI in-house production with a high ROI, develop a roadmap, and draw up am implementation plan and business plan. Accompanying support is provided by a consultant who will promote the project for a certain period.

One major trading company is aiming to become a trading company specializing in digital solutions.
