By selecting the “Zero Data Retention” feature, users can utilize “DX Suite”’s AI agents without storing any data in the cloud.
 

AI inside has redefined the continuous improvement of AI accuracy, from training to autonomous optimization, a concept that offers greater transparency and reliability.

This new approach enables AI to autonomously optimize based on individual usage patterns, incorporating a mechanism that allows customers to control whether or not to provide training data, a role previously handled solely by privacy controls.

However, for customers handling personal or highly confidential information, the mere act of storing data in the cloud can be a barrier to adoption.

In response to such needs, AI inside has launched “Zero Data Retention,” enabling the use of AI agents without storing data in the cloud and with autonomous optimization disabled. It ensures both compliance with corporate information governance requirements for non-retention of data and the ability to leverage the latest AI technologies.
 

Entered information is immediately deleted after processing and is never stored by AI inside. By deploying distributed training technology in the cloud environment, the same level of security as an edge environment is achieved.
