AI inside Becomes the First Japanese Company to Adopt Salesforce “Revenue Cloud”

Tokyo, August 7, 2025 – AI inside Inc., a provider of an AI platform, announces that it has become the first Japanese company to officially adopt “Revenue Cloud,” a solution offered by Salesforce Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Salesforce”), for managing the entire revenue lifecycle.

By integrating and automating business processes from quotation to contract and billing, the company aims to enhance enterprise-wide revenue management capabilities and advance the implementation of AI-driven management.
 

Background of adoption

Under the concept of “Work with buddy,” AI inside is committed to realizing a workstyle in which people collaborate with AI to transition to higher-value, advanced tasks and boost productivity.

The company has already introduced Salesforce’s core cloud products across digital marketing, sales, and negotiation domains, optimizing business processes. However, mission-critical operations from quotation to billing were handled by internally developed standalone systems. AI inside decided to adopt “Revenue Cloud” to connect processes and data from an enterprise optimization perspective. 

“Revenue Cloud” will be deployed throughout the company, including sales, back office, customer support, customer success, product development, and data infrastructure teams. Targeting full-scale operation in the first half of fiscal 2026, AI inside will strengthen interdepartmental collaboration and further accelerate AI-driven management.
 

Future outlook

Through centralized management and automation of the revenue lifecycle enabled by “Revenue Cloud,” AI inside will enhance its business foundation to support growth strategies such as expanding its B2X business and pursuing global expansion.

In addition, the company envisions launching new AI businesses in collaboration with Salesforce, starting with integration between Salesforce-provided AI agents and AI inside’s own AI agents.
