Tokyo, October 29, 2025 – AI inside Inc., a provider of an AI platform, announces that it has implemented its in-house developed large language model (LLM), “PolySphere-4,” in “DX Suite,” an AI agent that automates data entry tasks.

With this implementation, verification using real-world data achieved an average OCR accuracy of 99.6% across a wide range of documents, including non-standard forms and handwritten documents.

By implementing “PolySphere-4” in “DX Suite,” documents that were previously difficult to read can now be processed with high accuracy and stability.

Examples include securities reports containing lengthy tables, financial statements with hierarchical structures, and complex-format invoices and quotations, as well as medical statements without ruled lines where item details span multiple rows, balance certificates, and securities account lists. Multi-table documents that contain multiple tables within a single document are also supported.

In addition, documents and image data with varying formats and contents can be read with high accuracy, such as original family registers containing old-style kanji characters, time cards with handwritten notes in the margins, taxation certificates with formats and structures that differ by municipality, vehicle license plates extracted from video, and photographs of import and export container numbers. 
 

As “DX Suite” continues to evolve as an AI agent that automates data entry tasks, there will no longer be a need for repeated verification as with conventional AI-OCR. Simply uploading a file will enable accurate data digitization. In addition, as automation of preceding and subsequent processes advances, data entry will reach a stage of complete automation, in which document processing is completed without human intervention.
