Customer Harassment Policy

1. Introduction

AI inside Inc. (the “Company”) aims to be a company trusted by all stakeholders in furtherance of its purpose of “Empower human evolution and happiness with AI.” 

To achieve this, it is essential that the Company maintain a safe and secure working environment for its employees. In recent years, customer harassment has become a matter of social concern and may adversely affect employee dignity and safety, as well as hinder the proper provision of services. 

Accordingly, and in order to maintain a fair and sound communication environment, the Company has established this Customer Harassment Policy (the “Policy”) and is committed to building fair and respectful relationships with all customers. This Policy applies to all points of contact between the Company and its customers, including the Company’s products and services, support desks, sales activities, online communities, events, and any other customer-facing interactions.


2. Definition of Customer Harassment 

For purposes of this Policy, the Company defines “customer harassment” as complaints, demands, statements, or conduct by customers toward the Company’s employees, including regular employees, contract employees, temporary employees, independent contractors, part-time employees, and employees of affiliated companies, where the content of the demand is deemed unreasonable, or where, in light of the reasonableness of such demand, the means or manner used to pursue the demand is socially unacceptable, and the Company determines that such means or manner may harm, or is likely to harm, the working environment of employees of the Company Group. 

Examples of Conduct That May Constitute Customer Harassment 

The following examples are illustrative only and are not intended to be exhaustive. 

  • Statements or conduct that demean a person’s dignity, or discriminatory remarks
    Insults, threats, abusive language, discriminatory or sexual statements or conduct, including sexual harassment, and similar conduct. 
  • Excessive or unreasonable demands
    Demands that violate laws, regulations, or contractual terms; demands for excessive services; unreasonable demands for compensation or discounts; demands for apologies exceeding socially acceptable standards; or persistent repetition of the same demand.
  • Prolonged detention or excessive contact
    Frequent phone calls or emails, including late at night or early in the morning, or excessive messages sent through social media or similar channels.
  • Unreasonable requests to visit the Company or improper contact
    Unreasonable requests for meetings or contact with employees through their private contact information. 
  • Violence, intimidation, or damage to property
    Intimidating behavior, acts of violence, or destruction of facilities, equipment, or other property. 
  • Defamation or dissemination of rumors
    Dissemination of information on social media or the Internet that is not based on facts, or any other act that unfairly damages the credibility or reputation of the Company or its employees. 
  • Invasion of privacy
    Collection or disclosure of personal information, photographing or recording employees, facilities, or other subjects without permission, or unreasonable involvement in employees’ private lives. 

The Company sincerely addresses legitimate opinions and requests from customers. However, the Company will take appropriate action in response to conduct such as that described above where it constitutes customer harassment.


3.Response Policy for Customer Harassment

In order to ensure employee safety and continue to provide sound services, the Company will respond to customer harassment as an organization based on the following principles. 

● Basic Principles

  • The Company will take a zero-tolerance approach to illegal acts, violence, threats, and similar conduct, and may suspend or terminate communications with the customer where necessary. 
  • The Company will give the highest priority to the safety and psychological well-being of the employees involved. 
  • The Company will maintain objective records of the facts and circumstances of any incident that occurs. 
  • The Company will handle personal information appropriately in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and the Company’s Privacy Policy. 

4.Request to Customers 

The Company endeavors to respond to customers in a sincere, prompt, and fair manner. To build stronger relationships with customers, the Company respectfully requests your cooperation with the following matters. 

  • Constructive communication
    Please provide specific facts and details regarding your request so that the Company can respond appropriately. 
  • Appropriate and respectful conduct
    Please refrain from statements or conduct that demean a person’s dignity, discriminatory remarks, intimidating behavior, acts of violence, or similar conduct. 
  • Appropriate frequency and timing of contact
    Please refrain from contacting the Company late at night or early in the morning, or from making numerous contacts within a short period of time. 
  • Use of designated contact channels
    Please use the contact channels designated by the Company, such as tickets, email, forms, or any other channels specified by the Company. 
  • Cooperation in resolving issues
    The Company requests your cooperation in providing information, making setting changes, conducting verification, and taking such other actions as may be requested by the Company as necessary. 

If customer harassment is confirmed, the Company may, depending on the circumstances, take measures such as restricting or refusing further communications, reviewing or terminating existing contracts, suspending accounts, consulting with or reporting to the police or other relevant authorities, or taking appropriate legal action, including in cooperation with legal counsel and other professionals, where necessary, in order to protect the safety and fairness of employees and other customers, as well as the sound operation of the Company’s business.
